The Oil and Gas Technical Apprentice Programme was developed over 20 years ago and is recognised as one of the most successful apprenticeship schemes of its kind.

Sponsoring organisations provide on-the-job training placements for apprentices and appoint an individual to act as a focal point within the organisation. Each focal point has the option to be present during interview, assessment and selection processes and will attend regular meetings to ensure the scheme is fit for purpose and fulfilling requirements.
